Client Needs Overview:
This client had multiple locations with a large team of providers. The website had evolved over time to accommodate different locations but the tech load was never optimized. In addition quantity of information with patient portal, appointment links to different locations with different hours, the contact information including addresses was in need of a redesign exercise. Additionally, working directly with a Google reseller agency, they had been given conflicting advise. As such not only was their office staff wasting time handling unqualified calls but also the cost per lead was very high.
Our Approach:
We delivered a responsive website designed to accommodate the optimal user experience while keeping the visual brand look consistent with their high traffic existing site. This allowed for ease of developing new traffic, converting more of the inbound traffic, and did so while minimizing any brand experience confusion for existing patients using their site.
We then did a complete review of their Google Ad strategies focusing on the right keywords by location and service provider, resulting in high intent conversions for all of their multiple locations. We eliminated a lot of unqualified traffic reducing the ad dollars wasted. We then layered in ongoing local search optimization ensuring high visibility of their locations in their respective catchment markets. Our solutions include ongoing content enrichment and online reputation management ensuring that their website is a high performing lead generation engine for them.
Results:
- 100% increase in site traffic in 6 months – working as their outsourced marketing team we doubled the site traffic with our comprehensive strategy and diligent execution.
- 250% increase in monthly new patient leads over that same time period while holding their ad spend flat
- 50% increase in inbound calls ~ the practice office was averaging over 14,000 calls a month prior to our engagement and in 6 months they are now averaging approx 21,000 inbound calls a month.
